The emotions that make us feel that what we want is already happening are also essential – thus attracting experiences that give us more. It works according to the principle of \"like attracts like\": the more we think about happiness, the more we feel it, and increasingly happy situations present themselves to us.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJoy opens our hearts and senses, makes us start to look with more attention, curiosity, and openness. Suddenly, we see that the world can be a pleasant place, full of valuable experiences. This is something that can be learned. Write down on a sheet of paper what you think about yourself, love, fulfillment, money, family, or work.
