📜 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of 30 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day when YOU, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by YOU, take possession of the goods.

In the case of partial deliveries, the withdrawal period begins on the day YOU or a third party received the last part or the last item.

For orders of several items delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item by YOU or a designated third party.

Please inform us of your decision via a clear statement (by letter, fax or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

The deadline is met if YOU send the statement before the 30-day period expires.

🔄 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs you may have selected), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment. Returns must be made within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

Any loss in value of the goods is your responsibility only if the deterioration is due to handling not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
