- Saffron: helps maintain a good mood, contributing to good emotional balance
- Rhodiola rosea: stimulates the nervous system and is useful in cases of sleep problems and decreased productivity at work.
- Ashwagandha: is considered a natural adaptogen
- Lemon balm: maintains the body's natural hormonal balance
- L-tryptophan: precursor of serotonin, known as the "happiness hormone".

INGREDIENTS:

L-tryptophan, lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis) 10:1, ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) 10:1, Rhodiola rosea root extract standardized to contain min. 3% salidrosides and 1% rosavins, saffron seed extract (Crocus sativus) standardized to contain min. 2% crocin and 1% safranal. Capsule composition: vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).

USAGE:

1 capsule per day. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water after the meal.
