Dill (Anethum) is an annual or two-year-old plant of the celery family. It probably originates from Southeast Asia. Grown all over the world, including in Poland, it has low soil and environmental requirements.

Rich in vitamins - E, D, K, A, B, C, and H - and minerals - iron, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, zinc, and magnesium - fennel is distinguished by its low calorie content and high concentration of antioxidants, which are an ally of the body in the fight to maintain health and beauty.
