Ingredients:
Bee pollen, gelatin, filler (maltodextrin), propolis extract, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).

The recommended daily portion (3 capsules) contains:
Propolis extract 60mg, bee pollen 1.2g

Recommended consumption:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
