In one bar, you will find, among other things, oat flakes, rice flour, chocolate, peanuts, raisins, and juicy freeze-dried raspberries. It is worth knowing that oat flakes are an excellent source of fiber, and in addition a treasure trove of B vitamins valuable for the functioning of our nervous system. Thanks to their content in the raspberry MUSLA BAR, we were able to achieve a unique crunch. Rice flour is also important, as it provides the supply of carbohydrates essential for the proper functioning of our brain. In addition, it is a good source of iron and zinc. Interestingly, the raspberry MUSLI BAR also includes peanuts (also called groundnuts or groundnuts) . These nuts are not only tasty, but also contain large amounts of protein and essential fatty acids. It is also worth knowing that peanuts actually belong to the legume family.
