This organic whole spelt porridge is made from whole spelt grains. We recommend it as an ingredient in puddings and legume-based dishes, for thickening soups and sauces, as well as for preparing milk and fruit porridges. It contains quality protein and a large amount of dietary fiber. Dietary fiber swells in the intestines, which provides a lasting feeling of fullness and allows for slower absorption of glucose into the blood, thus preventing blood sugar spikes. It promotes intestinal transit, improves digestion, and accelerates peristalsis. It helps relieve the unpleasant symptoms of constipation, as well as abdominal pain and bloating.

HOW TO PREPARE MILK PORRIDGE
Pour 200 ml of MILK into a pot, add two tablespoons of porridge. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly until you obtain a smooth consistency, then cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
