Tofu, or curd made from soy milk, is an extremely healthy and exceptionally versatile food product. Due to its adaptability to various flavors, it can easily be given the desired character using carefully selected spices. It pairs well with almost anything, and pairs very well with oriental dishes, vegetable soups, scrambled eggs, salads, and raw vegetables. Due to its high content of healthy proteins, tofu is an excellent meat substitute in vegetarian and vegan diets. HOW TO USE
Peel off the protective foil and fry in a pan with a little oil for 6 minutes over medium heat, turning occasionally, or bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
