Reishi is a mushroom also known as Linghaki or Ling Shi. The Chinese name ling zhi means magic plant or plant of immortality.
This mushroom is grown on solid wood and takes two to three months to grow. The next step is to transplant them into the ground, where they will mature. Only the cap is used for production, which in the case of NatVita's product has been ground.
