It is used to make a smooth, glossy chocolate glaze, and can be used to coat truffles and decorate pralines. Horeca couverture contains coconut blossom sugar and coconut pulp. It is gluten-free. The couverture also contains almonds, which are rich in vitamins A, E, and B vitamins, as well as minerals, including magnesium, calcium, and iron.
