Our sauerkraut with carrots is produced by exposing grated, salted, white cabbage enriched with carrots to lactic acid fermentation processes. Sauerkraut is, among other things, a valuable source of vitamin C, which supports immunity, influences memory and concentration, magnesium, and supports digestive processes, improving intestinal peristalsis and dietary fiber. In addition, sauerkraut contains nutrients such as vitamins A, E, and K, minerals iron, potassium, and calcium, as well as antioxidants that fight harmful free radicals. Sauerkraut is recommended as an addition to dinner dishes, salads, or as a standalone snack; you can also make delicious cabbage soup.
