Dill (Anethum) is an annual or biennial plant from the celery family. It probably originates from Southeast Asia. Grown all over the world, including in Poland, it has low soil and environmental requirements.
Dill is an exceptionally healthy herb. Rich in vitamins - E, D, K, A, B, C, and H - and minerals - iron, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, zinc, and magnesium - fennel is distinguished by its low calorie content and high concentration of antioxidants, which are an ally of the body in the fight to maintain health and beauty.
