The ingredients in the product support, among other things, nervous system function, healthy skin, red blood cell production, and fatigue reduction. They support the immune system and maintain bone health.
PRENACAPS MULTI 2 is a 16-ingredient complex for women from the 13th week of pregnancy and breastfeeding. The product does not contain artificial fillers, preservatives, or sweeteners, among other things.
PRENACAPS MULTI 2 contains highly digestible and active ingredients (including zinc citrate and methylcobalamin). It also includes a biologically active form of folic acid (Quatrefolic®) with proven bioavailability.
In order for folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 to be used by the body, they must be converted into their active forms after consumption. According to data, on average, one in two people in Europe experiences disturbances in this transformation process. PRENACAPS MULTI 2 contains the active forms of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) and folic acid (Quatrefolic®), which do not require conversion and can be used immediately by the body.
In addition, studies have shown that the Quatrefolic® product used in the product achieved a 3-fold higher peak concentration of the active ingredient 1 hour after administration compared to folic acid and a more than 9-fold higher total bioavailability of the active ingredient compared to folic acid. Quatrefolic® also achieved a more than 10% higher peak concentration of the active ingredient after administration compared to the other active form, calcium L-methylfolate.
