Pure whey is made from high-quality milk from organically farmed cows in Austria. At least 60% of the animal's feed consists of grass, clover, and hay, and the cows are cared for according to strict ecological standards. Whey is a liquid that is a natural by-product of cheese production. The product contains up to 80% protein—an average serving of powder contains 26g of protein. Purasana whey protein is free from synthetic flavors and sweeteners, which makes it impressive with a natural, slightly milky taste. The protein concentrate is made by drying the filtered whey, which is then finely ground.
