Organic sour rye soup concentrate made from wholegrain buckwheat flour. This organic product is suitable for vegans and gluten-free. Each batch is tested for gluten by an independent external laboratory. Our concentrate consists exclusively of gluten-free buckwheat flour, water, and Kłodawa rock salt; these ingredients are served in a natural marinade. To maintain the highest quality, we gently pasteurize our product. Organic wholegrain buckwheat concentrate is the basis for preparing a wonderful soup.
