DESCRIPTION
Product obtained by destemming the redcurrant fruit; with the addition of apple concentrate to obtain an appropriate pH level; pectins: fixed by pasteurization in hermetically sealed glass containers. Sweet and sour taste, characteristic of redcurrants, color similar to the color of the fruit.
