DESCRIPTION
Product obtained by destemming redcurrants; with the addition of apple concentrate to obtain an appropriate pH level; pectins: fixed by pasteurization in hermetically sealed glass containers. Sweet and sour taste, typical of redcurrant fruit, color similar to that of the fruit.
