Organic wholegrain couscous is made from whole-grain semolina flour. It's recommended as an addition to main dishes, stewed vegetables, stews, and salads.

PREPARATION
Couscous should be cooked in a 1:1 ratio for about 5 to 7 minutes. It can also be prepared by pouring boiling water over it and allowing it to be completely absorbed.
