Vitamin D

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that performs a number of diverse and important functions in the body: it contributes to the health of bones and teeth, the maintenance of a normal calcium level in the blood, the proper functioning of muscles and the immune system, the good absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, and participates in the process of cell division.

Insufficient vitamin D intake can occur in cases of unbalanced diet, in countries with moderate sunlight, during cold and sun-poor winters.

D3- Intercell® Vegan 2000 I.U. is a premium vitamin D preparation, isolated from lichen, which is an excellent supplement for vegan and vegetarian diets.

Usage advice: 1 capsule once a day, preferably in the morning during a meal, with enough water.
