HOW TO PREPARE
Heat a spoonful of oil in a saucepan. Pour the contents of the bag and sachets into a saucepan and fry for about 30 seconds. Pour in 250 ml of cold water and mix well. Cook, covered, over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the groats have absorbed the water.
