DESCRIPTION
Organic chickpea flour is made from ground chickpeas. It has a slightly nutty aftertaste. It can be used alone or in conjunction with other flours. We recommend it for baking bread, pasta, and especially socca pancakes. It has strong binding properties, so it's also perfect for thickening soups and sauces.
