Artichoke leaf infusion is used in the long-term prevention of high cholesterol and triglycerides. The tea has hepatoprotective and antioxidant properties.

INGREDIENTS
100% dried and crushed artichoke leaf
Cynarae folium

< strong > INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pour 1 tablespoon of artichoke leaf (3 g) into a glass of boiling water and let it steep for about 15 minutes. Cool and filter. The fresh and hot infusion prepared according to the recipe should be drunk once a day.
3 g of artichoke leaves (1 tablespoon) constitutes the daily dose.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot replace a varied diet. Food supplements should be kept out of reach of young children.
