DESCRIPTION
Rice paper is mainly used to prepare summer rolls (rolls filled with raw, unheated ingredients) or spring rolls (rolls filled with stuffing and fried in hot fat until golden brown and crispy).

PREPARATION
1. Cut the filling into thin strips
2. Place a sheet of rice paper in hot (not boiling) water until it softens and becomes malleable (about 20-30 seconds)

5. Fold the sides and bottom of the sheet
6. Wrap everything to create a neat roll shape
