DESCRIPTION
Organic mountain oat flour is made from crushed oats. Oat flour is an excellent choice for a daily breakfast. It tastes best with yogurt, cereal drink, and fruit.

HOW TO PREPARE
Boil the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 part flakes to 2 parts water or milk) and cook for 5 minutes on the stove, stirring occasionally.
