Natural and ecological rye flakes with honey from the Latvian family brand MILZU! are a product that includes organic rye flour, organic oats, and organic sugar, as well as honey from the Gauja National Park. The B and E vitamins present in the product were not artificially added, but remained in the grains during the production process. The flakes are free of E substances, genetically modified organisms, and colorings. The high fiber content (10.5 g per 100 g) ensures a feeling of satiety, and a large amount of magnesium and manganese minimizes the risk of type II diabetes. The flakes can also help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease (they have a low glycemic index).
