DESCRIPTION
Organic barley flakes are made from ground barley grains. Barley flakes are a perfect option for a daily breakfast. They taste best with yogurt, cereal drinks, and fruit.

PREPARATION
Boil the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 part cereal to 2 parts water or milk) and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
