Maca root powder (Lepidium meyenii Walp., syn. Lepidium peruvianum Chacon) - 100%.

Instructions for use:

The recommended daily dose is about 3 g (1 level teaspoon). The powder can be consumed after being mixed with water, juice, or milk. In this case, it is recommended to crush the measured portion in a small amount of liquid to dissolve any lumps. Maca root is preferably consumed in the morning.
