COMPOSITION :

Folate (as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium salt), vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable cellulose.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1/3 capsules per day with or without food
