COMPOSITION :

Probiotic blend (Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bacillus subtillis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifdobacterium breve, Bifidobacetrium longum, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactococcus lactis, Streptococcus thermophillus, Bifidobacetrium infantis, Lactobacillus delbrueckii, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus salivarius), microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Contains soy and milk, used in the fermentation process. The milk content is at a level that would not affect people with lactose intolerance.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 to 2 capsules once or twice daily with food. If you are taking two or more capsules daily, you may divide the portion between two meals. If you are taking antibiotics, take 4 capsules daily, preferably at a different time of day than the antibiotics. Continue taking for at least 2 weeks after the end of your antibiotic course. For travel: Follow the general usage instructions 1 week before travel. Take 4 capsules daily while traveling. Continue taking for at least one week after completing your trip. Children under 12 years: 1 capsule once or twice daily.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.

CONSERVATION :

Store at room temperature in a dry, dark place away from young children. Does not require refrigeration.
