DESCRIPTION
Organic millet groats obtained from hulled millet. Ideal for breakfast with dried fruit. In a savory version, it can be served with stewed vegetables and fresh herbs, or with a tomato and pepper salad. Millet is recommended for older people due to its high lecithin content, which improves memory and lowers cholesterol levels. Millet has an alkalizing effect, meaning it deacidifies the body and thus helps maintain acid-base balance. It contains many minerals, such as phosphorus, magnesium, iron, potassium, and calcium. It does not contain gluten.

PREPARATION METHOD
