Use: This herbal tea is a blend of carefully selected plants. Fennel, caraway, and anise promote lactation. They contribute to the proper functioning of the digestive system. Caraway and fennel support the immune system. Lemon balm promotes restful sleep and facilitates falling asleep. Usage instructions: Pour 100 ml of boiling water over one tea bag and let it steep covered for 10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare this herbal tea twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
