100% Dried and Ground Passionflower Herb
Passiflora incarnata L.

Adults: Fill the teaspoon enclosed in the package up to the 2 mark, which measures 0.3 g of product. Then pour a cup of boiling water over a portion of the product. Let it steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Drink 1 cup of this infusion in the evening or at bedtime.
