DESCRIPTION :

Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are fats naturally found in coconut and palm oils. They are easier and faster to digest than other types of fats. MCTs are easily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and are metabolized very quickly by the liver, where they are intended to encourage the use of fat instead of energy for storage.

COMPOSITION :

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT).

HOW TO USE:

MCT oil can also be used as a substitute for conventional oils in salad dressings, sauces, or in cooking as a source of beneficial fatty acids. Not recommended for low-boiling frying.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.

For adults only. MCT oil may cause gastrointestinal problems. To reduce these effects, take with a meal.

Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of young children.
