The raspberry bush (Rubus idaeus L.) is a shrub commonly found in Poland. Grown worldwide for its delicious, usually pink color and pleasant, sweet fruit aroma, raspberries belong to the rose family and are perennial plants. Raspberries are rich in, among other things, natural antioxidant vitamins C and E, which influence the conduction of nerve impulses, regulate water and electrolyte balance, and potassium, which are essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) comes from the Eurasian region and is a temperate plant of the gooseberry family. Appreciated primarily for its small, sweet, and tangy fruits, blackcurrant has numerous health benefits. 100g of its fruit covers more than two and a half times our vitamin C needs, which is why it is recommended for colds. In addition, blackcurrant is rich in soluble fiber, i.e., pectin, which can prevent excessively high plasma cholesterol and high blood sugar levels. Blackcurrant is also a source of vitamin A, which is detrimental to vision.
Organic raspberry-blackcurrant puree, pasteurized, seedless, made using traditional methods, exclusively from fresh, cold-pressed organic Polish fruit. No frozen fruit or concentrate was used in production. The juice has the "Quality - Tradition" certificate.
