DESCRIPTION
Organic pearl barley is made from hulled and polished barley grains. It is an excellent complement to meat dishes and vegetarian meals. We also recommend it for soups, stews, cabbage roll stuffing, or casseroles.

PREPARATION METHOD
Cook the rinsed pearl barley in salted water in a 1:3 ratio (1 part pearl barley to 3 parts water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
