DESCRIPTION
Organic red lentils are brown lentils without the shell. They tend to overcook, making them best used as an addition to soups, stews, and savory snacks.

PREPARATION
Boil the previously rinsed lentils in a ratio of 1:2 (1 part lentils to 2 parts water) for about 25 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
