Organic Lentils Black beluga is one of the most interesting lentil varieties. The name Beluga refers to the caviar, which black lentils closely resemble. HOW TO PREPARE
Boil the previously washed lentils in a ratio of 1:2 (1 part lentils to 2 parts water) for about 45 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
