It contains vitamins A, C, B, and E, as well as iron, potassium, calcium, cobalt, and biotin. The product is 100% plant-based and gluten-free. It is particularly recommended for people with low blood iron levels, after health problems, and for athletes. The product should be consumed raw, before a meal in quantities of 50 ml or more. It contains natural sediment, may gas, and exhibit increased density depending on the season and storage method.
