INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Adults - 1 serving per day, not 2g (half a spoonful). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Before preparation, shake the package vigorously. One serving (2g = about 1/2 teaspoon) should be poured into a dry container, 100ml of cold or warm water up to 50°C should be poured over it and mixed.
Note: The preparation order must be followed to properly dissolve the powder. Remember to close the package tightly after each use.
