Organic fresh Buddha's hand (approx. 200g)

ORGANIC ORGANIC BUDDY HAND (approximately 0.20 kg)

- recommended for teas, drinks and cocktails
- it tastes of lemon zest

Citrus medica var. sarcodactylis, known as Buddha's Hand, is a variety of citron grown primarily in China, but also in other parts of Asia and the southern United States. The fruit is distinguished by long, finger-like growths, which are also the origin of its common name. This plant has extremely rich aromas reminiscent of bergamot, jasmine, or lavender.
Buddha's Hand complements both savory and sweet dishes. Unlike other citrus fruits, its lemon zest flavor is free from bitterness. It pairs perfectly with refreshing desserts, giving them a unique character. Recommended for teas, drinks, and cocktails.
