DESCRIPTION
The Maitake mushroom, also known as the dancing mushroom or ram's head mushroom, is a species of mushroom scientifically named Grifola frondosa. It is an edible mushroom valued for its flavor and health properties. Maitake is widely used in cooking and traditional medicine, especially in Asian countries such as Japan and China.

Organic maitake mushroom powder (Grifola frondosa); capsule shell ingredient: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

USAGE
2 times a day, 1 capsule per day.
