Medverita Magnesium Taurate + P-5-P 50 capsules

Complex of magnesium taurate and coenzymatic vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal phosphate. Magnesium taurate is characterized by its high bioavailability. P-5-P, or pyridoxal phosphate, is the biologically active and coenzymatic form of vitamin B6.

235 mg of magnesium ions and 5 mg of bioactive vitamin B6 per daily serving.

Recommended daily dose: 3 capsules per day, preferably with a meal.

The daily serving (3 capsules) contains:
magnesium taurate - 2400 mg
of which magnesium ions - 235 mg (62% NRV*)
vitamin B6 as P-5-P - 5 mg (357% NRV*)
*- reference intake value

Ingredients: magnesium (magnesium taurate), vitamin B6 (P-5-P/ pyridoxal-5-phosphate), gelatin (capsule shell).

Storage: at temperatures below 25°C, in the original packaging, protected from light and moisture.
