PREPARATION
1. Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl, add 500 ml of liquid (this can be milk, vegetable drink or water) and 1 egg
2. Mix well (you can use a blender, mixer or whisk) and let stand for 10 minutes
3. Brown in a little fat (coconut oil or clarified butter) on both sides until golden brown
Pancakes can also be made vegan (egg-free). They taste great with both sweet and dry toppings.
