SUGAR CANE MOLASSES - ORGANIC 450 g - HORIZON

Cane molasses sugar is a thick, dark-colored syrup with a sweetness equal to 40% that of regular sugar. It contains many minerals, including potassium, which promotes muscle tone and is a sodium antagonist, as well as non-heme iron (plant-derived), which is responsible for oxygen transport in muscle tissue. Molasses is also rich in folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, choline, as well as phosphorus, calcium, iron, and copper. Molasses has a glycemic index similar to regular sugar and can quickly raise blood sugar levels. Therefore, use molasses during training and exercise when energy needs increase.
