DESCRIPTION

Organic mountain oat flakes are obtained from crushed oat grains. Oat flakes are an excellent choice for an everyday breakfast. They are best when accompanied by yogurt, a cereal drink, and fruit.

PREPARATION METHOD

Cook the flakes in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
