The raspberry bush (Rubus idaeus L.) is a shrub commonly found in Poland. Grown worldwide for its delicious, usually pink color and pleasant, sweet fruit aroma, the raspberry belongs to the rose family and is a perennial plant. Raspberries are rich in, among other things, natural antioxidants, vitamins C and E, which influence the conduction of nerve impulses, regulate water and electrolyte balance, and potassium, which are essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) is a temperate plant from Eurasia, a member of the gooseberry family. Mostly appreciated for its small, sweet, and tangy fruits, blackcurrants have numerous health benefits. 100g of blackcurrants cover more than two and a half times our vitamin C needs, making them a great choice for colds. Blackcurrants are also rich in soluble fiber, or pectin, which can prevent excessively high plasma cholesterol and high blood sugar levels. Blackcurrants are also a source of vitamin A, which is important for eye health.
Organic raspberry-blackcurrant mousse, sweetened, pasteurized, and seedless. We made our mousse from a combination of puree juice and 7% organic sugar. The puree juice has received the "Quality - Tradition" Certificate. It is made using traditional methods using only fresh, cold-pressed organic Polish fruit. No frozen fruit or concentrates are added.
