The raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.) is a shrub commonly found in Poland. Grown worldwide for its delicious, usually pink color and pleasant, sweet fruit aroma, raspberries belong to the rose family and are perennial plants. Raspberries are rich in, among other things, natural antioxidant vitamins C and E, which influence the conduction of nerve impulses, regulate water and electrolyte balance, potassium, and essential B vitamins necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
Strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duchesne), in fact the strawberry is the hybrid, was created by crossing two species of wild strawberry - Virginia (Fragaria virginiana) and Chilean (Fragaria chiloensis). These delicious and sweet fruits, appearing in late spring, contain valuable minerals - calcium, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron - vitamins - A, B group, C - and fiber supporting the digestive system, improving intestinal peristalsis. br /> Ecological raspberry and strawberry mousse, sweetened, pasteurized, seedless. We obtained our mousse from a combination of organic puree juice and 5% organic sugar. The puree juice has been awarded the "Quality - Tradition" Certificate. It is made using the traditional method exclusively from fresh, cold-pressed Polish organic fruit. No added frozen fruit or concentrates.
