DESCRIPTION:

Bladderwrack (in Latin: Fucus vesiculosus) is a brown algae that grows in seas and oceans. This algae has found applications in herbal medicine and cosmetics. Its nutrients promote weight loss, have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anticoagulant effects, stimulate the immune system, provide iodine to the body, and reduce swelling.

In 1811, it was demonstrated that bladderwrack contained iodine. This allowed the raw material to be used to address iodine deficiencies in patients with thyroid disorders.

INGREDIENTS:

Fucus vesiculosus extract, rice flour, bulking agent: cellulose, anti-caking agent: calcium silicate. May contain crustaceans.
