DARY NATURY AGAR AGAR VEGETABLE GEL 30 g

Agar-agar is obtained from seaweed. It is a natural plant substance that replaces gelatin. It is much healthier and more effective than gelatin and contains 80% fiber. It has no color, taste, or smell and therefore does not alter the characteristics of prepared foods.

Instructions for use
Mix 1 teaspoon (about 5g) of agar agar + dry ingredients in 0.5 liters of cold liquid. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil for 1 to 2 minutes and set aside to cool. Perfect for any dish that needs to go from liquid to solid state. Also recommended for vegetarian dishes. NOTE: Dissolve agar agar powder in cold liquids!
