The excellent quality of the raw materials and the expertise used in pressing and drying the dough mean that, despite the absence of gluten, these spirals perfectly retain their shape when cooked. PREPARATION METHOD
Before consuming, cook in boiling water (medium heat) according to the time indicated in the pot icon for 8 to 10 minutes (100 g of pasta per 1 liter of salted water). Drain the cooked pasta and pour into cold water.
